Simply click Login in the upper left corner of your screen and use your last name plus your lot number when prompted for User ID. Here's an example: McSmith27 For your Password, just enter your lot number. In this example: 27 The User ID field is case-sensitive and does not accept blank spaces or special characters. Enter your name exactly as you would normally type it (for example, enter McSmith, not mcsmith or Mcsmith or MCSMITH), followed immediately by your lot number (no spaces or dashes or other characters between your last name and your lot number). If you own multiple lots, the lot number should be the one for your primary residence, or the lower of your lot numbers if you do not reside in Teakwood. The first time you log in, go ahead and explore the entire site if you have time, because once you update your Profile, which you'll need to do at some point soon, you will be temporarily locked out from the Private Area of the site. Just before you logout for the first time, click on My Profile and change your password, plus insert your real name and email address, plus the mailing address you want us to use for HOA-related correspondence should we need to use traditonal mail. Be sure to enter a valid email address, because the system will immediately send you a confirmation email and ask you to click a link in the email to validate your Profile changes. Note that if you use a spamblocker, please be sure to add webmaster@teakwoodplantation.org to your "OK" list, or you might not receive the confirmation email. Once you confirm your Profile changes by clicking on the link in the email, you will receive a second email from webmaster@teakwoodplantation.org confirming your account is ready for use and reminding you of your ID and PW. If you are unable to login as described above, simply send an email to webmaster@teakwoodplantation.org and provide your name and lot number or Teakwood street address, and we'll email you back with additional information to help get you on the site.
